Top order wickets
Wickets win wins
Home vs away
I posted something the other day when WT20 asked
http://www.slcricketfans.com/showthread.php?tid=2860&pid=202693#pid202693

Herath has a higher percentage of top order wickets. I believe in you to figure out the rest Thumb
I think Herath had more impact in the decade we're considering (30 five-wkt hauls in 69 Tests) while I believe Ashwin will be the better bowler overall in a couple of years if he already isn't. Herath couldn't do much damage in the early part of his career when he played with Murali. His away record in the decade is better than how it looks overall. He was carrying the attack single-handedly in some Tests when others weren't threatening to take wickets.

No point of waiting till someone does a 3-day analysis on this, because I will vote Herath if it comes to a tie. Let's move on.
