Warren is lining every excuse why HS is not working as promised. Snicko is f'd up. Less said about HE, the better. BCCI hasn't moved one bit from its original stance.
If rest the world wants use HE and HS they are welcome to it. Just have pay for it out their own pocket.

Cricket South Africa has expressed "enormous delight" at ICC chairman Shashank Manohar's comments hitting out at the Big Three's "bullying", while Sri Lanka Cricket has also shown support to Manohar by calling him a "sensible man". Lyon edged it and slo replays show deflection. HS shows a spot, however umpires have lost confidence in HS so it was ignored and snicko didn't show/hear the sound.
