Excellent! I miss him from the Daily Show.

Yea. Noah is very hit and miss and he doesn't have the authority - at least not yet - to dig deeper into issues.

His interviews are also very weak. Maybe he needs time. His bests moments are when he compares African politics to the US, cuz he knows that aspect well.

For me the best political shows now are
-Last Week tonight with John Oliver
-Bill Maher

I also watch the late show with Colbert to get a Colbert fix and he's definitely doing a great job on there.

Samantha Bee has her new show out - Full Frontal. Yet to see it though. I hear its very good.

Larry Wilmores show is also pretty good.

This is true. He's still uncomfortable making his guests uncomfortable he he avoids 'hard hitting' questions, so to speak. But I think he'll come around, after all Jon was in the show for 16 years and we dont know how he was like when he started.

My fav too is Oliver, but I don't like Maher all that much. He's a bit of a dick and also too biased. He doesn't see anything wrong with democrats and his views on specially Muslims is a bit too much. I even went to see his stand-up which was okay but not all that funny because of the said bias.

I had Mcdonalds for lunch the next day. There is no co-relation.

Yet to see EP 2, so no spoilers please.

I'm watching it with the wife too and she's actually taken quite a liking to it. In fact, a few weeks back I told her that BCS is going to stars season so she herself watched the complete S1 and caught up so she could watch S2, and we both love it.

She enjoyed EP 2 and squat cobker

Let's just take a min to appreciate the writing of that entire scene

Peter Gould and VG take a bow

RE: TV Series Thread - The One - 02-27-2016

^^ I heard it was actually Odenkirk who suggested that it should have a name, before they were just going to say 'he sits on a pie', but he said all sex acts have names so this should too and came up with the name too. Genius.

Haha brilliant

bobs a very underrated genius at work. Thank god VG found him

Midway through first season of Suites, I'm starting to loose interest , I find myself more interested on the little side plots each week rather than the main big plot which always involves multi million big cooperate issue.

Who else was thoroughly disappointed with the X-Files reboot?

It was neither here nor there, and last last ep was just plain stupid even by X-Files standards.

RE: TV Series Thread - McLovin - 02-28-2016

Btw if any one is interested the current license holders have uploaded the entire series of The world at war in Full HD to their YouTube channel.
