You can find a few shows that had one thrilling season. Usually comes quite early in a show. Breaking Bad season 5 would be the most intense for me if I had to pick one. It being the final season of the show made it special.

PB 1 was definitely good, but then again so many others like 24, Walking Dead etc. They had something extra and captured the audience, but overtime it got stale. Amazing thing about BB was it got better with each season, something I've never seen. All the other shows hit a peak but then falls.
Well perhaps Veep, I think its getting better with each season.

Agree if Dilz wants a comparison to PB 1 infectiousness 24 and TWD comes very close to it. The Killing , Homeland S1 is the same. If not better.
So PB is just another show that relied on cliffhangers in each ep to set you up. There were many liked it even at it's time and many after it.

Veep is just crazy consistent. Every ep there is at least 2 moments where I am literally LOLing

LOL yeah I can't imagine how the **** Modern Family beat it last year.
Last 3 eps including todays were simply brilliant. It's just at another level at the moment, and Julia is a birlliant actress. In fact the whole cast is just brilliant.

Yeah another favorite of mine although the recent Netflix reboot sucked. They never should have made it.
