didn't watch the 5th yet. But is it supposed to be about the main plot? Isn't it supposed to be about weekly stories, with main story of him ultimately becoming Saul we know running in the background?
Also have you noticed that all the first 4 episodes had single word names ending in O.

What is the main plot ?
Surely its about how Saul becomes Saul. Who are the "guy I know who knows a guy". How did he build that network etc etc. For that to be told in an intelligent way, we need to see how Saul's life expanded from who he was as a child to his shitty lawyer career and becoming the Saul we met in BB.
You could have said that about BB too. Every ep was a mini plot. You didn't know how it all connected together until after a few seasons.
WW just started cooking meth. We thought he was going to die at the end of Season 1. But that is not how it panned out.
Saw a lot of the same criticism for BB when it was airing. Too slow, boring, where is it going, pointless.
Then everyone jumped on the bandwagon before S4 came out and binged it lol.
