Well I watch in BBC IPlayer on TV but it's the same thing on the site if you get get past country check
I keep jumping back and forth between channels, where ever ones the GB is in.

I remember their coverage was great in 2012. Watched most of the events on the site.
Heats of the 400m mixed relay coming up shortly. I have seen only one before.
