Avishka Fernando - won't play tests. Or will get drafted in but don't think he will do well. Will do ok in ODI's maybe avg of 30-35, nothing more I think.
Pathum Nissanka - should be a solid all-format player. Might get overlooked for shorter forms in a long time. I think he can get a 35 avg in tests.
Charith Asalanka - Should be a solid short format player. Not sure if he will get a run in tests and I'm not sure if he will do well in tests. Potentially another 30-35 bat in ODI's.
Kamindu Mendis - too early to say

All of these guys are very green but they've all started pretty well. So there is hope. All of them are talented in a certain format. I think from the lot only Nissanka looks a solid all-around all-format player to me.
Hope Nissanka can average 40 in Test cricket if he bats at 3/4.

Lahiru Kumara - probably no better or worse than Prasad ? I like him in tests. LOI he's not bad but needs to work on the end game tactics.
Wanidu Hasaranga - will need to continue to reinvent himself to remain successful in LOI in all formats.
Asitha Fernando - too green to pass judgement.
Maheesh Theekshana - has to do loads of work to become a potent threat in LOI's. Don't see him playing tests. Atm he's a good support bowler in LOI's to Wanidu but he needs to be more accurate and improve his overall attacking prowess.
