Leaving Nissanka alone the T20 side has to be packed with power, six hitters. Asalanka can, he needs to Captain. Mendis can, can he be consistent? Kamindu can, think he should be persisted, still very early days, plus left handed.Avishka can, but, can he figure out his off stump swinging ball issue? Can be done with proper guidance.
Train our lads in power hitting starting with LPL.

SL issues are structural, training, quite frankly the politicians, mafia and money will not let it go!

I will start with the obvious

1. Doesn't care about the conditions, decide to bat or bowl first on the basis of what you did the last time you won a cricket match
2. Go with a preconceived idea of a total like, 160 in t20 , without assessing the conditons and altering your score as you go.
3. When the dimension of the ground are big, continue to keep hitting sixes, without taking the twos and threes
4. When fielding a ball on the ground, after fielding the ball, falling into the ground for no reason. This increases the release time, and could make the difference in a cruicial run out.
5. If 2 people run to the boundary to stop a four, the furthest fielder always passing the ball to the other fielder to throw, even when it is not required. Should only do that when furthest fielder over runs the ball, or else it will slow the reaction time and there is also a chance second fielder missing the ball and resulting in the 3rd run.
6. When catching the ball, try to reverse cup every catch , without going with the techinique that is natural to the trajectory of the ball

> when there is a LBW, running with his appeal so sure that it is out, without looking at the umpire. Umpires are basic humans with egos, and this is basic psychology, when you sit down and continue to plead with the umpire he is likely to give it out, rather than ignoring his presence and not making him feel important. You need to show them they are important. This is so important when the decision is based on umpires call
