Boundaries are not the only way to get runs. The bottom line is he was wicketless and expensive. We won not because of him, pretty obvious LOL. Well done Mr know all.
yeah check out how many dots and singles he had. he also created a nick which wasnt reviewed at the time so he did in fact take a wicket. An economy of 8 is not expensive as well.

Wellalage struggling big time, not opened his account facing 14 balls.
Ball is still moving around in the 30th over. No one imagined the pitch will behave in this manner. Experts at the ground was talking about 280 before the start.
Poor shot selection by Wellalage, should have looked to stay with Liyanage by rotating the strike. Poor option from Hasaranga as well, opening his stumps to a straight ball.

Liyanage has been quite nice. Will judge after a year vs the top teams. Feel like he`ll end up having some technical limitation that will get ruthlessly exploited

LOL, your normal twisting has started. You can twist which ever way you want but the fact he was wicketless and expensive remains. Now 8 rpo in a t20 is not expensive
