Actually, the original Japanese word 'bukkake' is a completely innocent word, and quite common in restaurant context. It literally means 'to splash' or 'to pour', and it is associated with lots of noodle types which pour the sauce on top of the noodles as opposed to regular ramen where noodle is soaked in the sauce.
