I remember uploading Thisara's hatrick on youtube back in 2012 which fetched close to million views overnight.

Thisara was brilliant in patches, but average otherwise. He hit the winning runs in that 2014 final iirc. He was also instrumental in SL reaching 275 in 2011 final. I remember his couple of innings vs South Africa in South Africa back in 2011/12 season which almost won Sri Lanka two odi matches.

Haha, I get your argument but let's not forget that he contributed greatly with the bat. At the end of the day, he will always be a legend because he scored the winning runs.

He needed someone like Mahela to keep his ego in check. As soon as he left, Thisara became a lazy and arrogant waste.

In fact I remember watching each of the 3 T20 WCs while logged in here and chatting, and with the heartbreak of the previous two this was always a nervous time but also hopeful after that bowling performance.

I think its obvious Yuvraj is the main culprit. We`re just mentioning that the others were also struggling, indicating that the bowlers were doing really good rather than the batters doing poorly
