What will the playing XI look like? Seems very thin on batting. Asalanka at 3, Chandimal at 4, who is at 5? Shanaka at 6, Chamika K at 7, Ramesh Mendis at 8, Theekshana/Jayawickrama, Chameera and Nuwan Thushara.
Most probably Kamindu Mendis at 5.
I would try Kamindu instead of Ramesh and make him bat up a bit. Ramesh is a better bowler, but Kamindu is a much better batsmen and he can also turn away vs right and left handed batsmen. He can become like the next big thing. He has the potential. Ramesh Mendis will never become a SL great, Kamindu in long run has the potential and I'd try him out vs teams like Zimbabwe so he can accustomed to scoring runs.

As I said, Kamindu can still bat at 5 with Ramesh in the team. They might play Theekshana instead of Jayawickrama.
