Thakur hanging on grimly despite getting hit on the forearm twice and dropped by Green in the slips helping Rahane in a good partnership. Meanwhile, Rahane whose selection raised lot of questions even in the forum, has been the only Indian batter to get on top of the Aussie bowling while all the big names have flopped.

Intrested to see how travis head goes. If the pitches are also flat like Stokes hinted at, we could see some really fun games

Khawaja missed a pretty tough one too. Funny if Thakur manages to punish the aussies from here

Can't really say it was a missed chance, Khawaja just got his finger tips to the ball which sped away to the boundary. Thakur has been fighting it out there, played some pretty good shots as well after those earlier mishaps. Now Rahane hit on his fingers. This has been a annoying partnership for the Aussies but a really good one for India.

Thats why I said it was pretty tough
Now Warner misses another tough one at first slip, Rahane is the lucky batter. Maybe Carey should have gone for it.
Nother no ball wicket. Whats going on out there
Excellent session for India after the early wicket of Bharat. Partnership over a 100 now and they have scored at nearly 5 RPO. Aussies must be ruing those missed chances and the no ball by Cummins which would have been out.
Cummins economy has been poorr. Dont wanna jump to conclusions but wonder if its the captaincy. That last review was horrible in particular.
It was Smith who insisted on taking that last review. I guess it came out of desperation.
