Vs
Dambulla
Why is it Hasaranga outscoring his more esteemed peers asalanka and avishka? Nevertheless he looks to be a decent prospect for 7 in all 3 departments. He may very well pip the other 2 for a spot in the near to intermediate future.
He is a decent spinner with a nice googly, though turn is more benign aka seekers and not extravagant like a zampa or warne
I wouldn't be surprised if Wanindu Hasaranga is included in the squad for the CT. He has impressed me with his attitude and focus.
Easy win for Colombo over Kandy by 106 runs with 12 overs to spare. Hasaranga & Sachithra 3 wickets each and two wickets to Munaweera. Kandy lost early wickets and never were in the hunt though Kapugedera and Pathirana put on partnership for the 6th wicket.

lol too early.

When we are talking about cutting and chopping too much, you are talkinng about including a newbie for the CT.
Newbee or oldbee, doesn't performance count. He has consistently performed and his body language is impressive.
